Q: I have a bed w/ slats on the bottom, no box sping. Do I need to also buy a box sping for this mattress in full-size?

A:My son and daughter both have beds with slats and they have a twin memory foam mattress on top without a box spring. They haven't complained or said they are having any type of problems. According to what I have researched, as long as you have slats no box spring is necessary.

A:It's priced at $460 for me. The king size is almost $100 cheaper. I was just about to buy it before the jump. I suspect they have low inventory, but I only base that on Walmart being sold out. Thankfully, there are lots of other options on Amazon and Walmart has it close to the original Amazon price.
