Q: I have a bed w/ slats on the bottom, no box sping. Do I need to also buy a box sping for this mattress in full-size?
A:My son and daughter both have beds with slats and they have a twin
memory foam mattress on top without a box spring. They haven't
complained or said they are having any type of problems. According to
what I have researched, as long as you have slats no box spring is
necessary.
